The purpose of this role is to deliver professional data management services to support the firm’s global CRM systems.
What will you do?
Coach, train and develop team around best practice
Effectively delegate specific tasks to suitable team members to encourage their ongoing development
Provide daily direction and ensure daily communication with team
Provide effective and timely communication to relevant business
Delivery of professional data management services to the Marketing Operations Team based in company’s headquarters, using internal CRM system and SAP CRM
Manage the research processes needed to make decisions about the validity of company changes submitted by users
Ideal candidates will have:
previous team leadership and management experience
English language skills enabling effortless and fluent business communication (other foreign languages are welcome)
excellent interpersonal, communications and employee relations skills
an in-depth knowledge and understanding of team management and member relationship management, as well as employee development and performance management techniques
Willingness to travel
