For our client, an international company with a global structure, we are looking for a Team Leader with Portuguese and/or Spanish fluent language skills. If you are an experienced team leader who is ready for new challenges, please acknowledge with the below given job description.
Your role:
Accountability for a team of personnel administration specialists;
Management of the team activities;
Verifying , if a company procedures and standards are followed;
Providing quality monitoring, coaching, performance and career development reviews ;
Managing and motivating the team;
Ensuring that the team performs effectively;
Strong cooperation with the team and other company departments;
Candidate expectations:
At least 1-3 years of experience as a Team Leading role, preferably in customer service or HR;
Proficient English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (min. C1 each);
Proactivity and decision making skills;
Good understanding of an employee life-cycle;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred;
Positive and team-oriented attitude;
Good MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, Outlook);
