For our Client- internationally recognized, experienced outsourcing company, we are currently looking for Candidate with Italian language to join newly established BPO center in Kraków.
While working at the position of Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the team of Travel Agents. Their duties are related with answering Client’s queries. As you will be working for the Client from Travel Industry, your job will be closely related with: booking, informing clients about cancelled flights, delays, changes in transfers from the airport etc. You will be answering emails and chat questions only- no phone calls. Your job will be to take care of KPI's, SLA's, career development within the team, 1-2-1 meetings, managing difficult queries and escalations.
We are looking for Candidateswith good English and Italian (English can be at B2, Italian- C1). An ideal Candidate is detail oriented and likes working with people. Interest in Travel Industry as well as working knowledge of booking systems would be an asset but is not a must. At least 1 year experience in people management is a must, preferably in Customer Care.
