Description
- Manage, lead and motivate the team working at HR Operations roles for German market (8-10 people)
- Evaluate the performance and plan adequate training activities
- Plan, organise and monitor the work the be able to track the progress
- Active contact with main stakeholders to ensure the highest customer satisfaction level
- Continuous improvement activities - recommendations and proposals
- Ensure effective cooperation with other teams and business leads
- Responsibility for recruitment processes to the team with support of Talent Acquisition Partner
Profile
- Experience on a senior/managerial role in HR environment
- English and German language skills on a fluent level
- Knowledge of HR processes connected with German market
- Previous experience with SAP Success Factors or Workday would be an asset
- Curiosity and eagerness to drive SSC processes
- Ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organisation
- Experience in working in international structures
