For our Client, global company providing innovative equipment and solutions in document management and innovative office equipment, we are looking for a candidate who would join new company’s SSC in GdaÅ„sk on the position of Team Leader.
Holding this position you will manage and execute processes enabling the smooth execution of all processes connected to logistics to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements. You will be responsible for the managing the completely new team, keeping them motivated and engaged.
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience (1-3 years) in people management. A perfect candidate holds previous experience in transport/ logistics/ supply chain and had a change to manage various and quite numerous group of people (+10 employees).
