Team Leader of Customer Service
We are looking for Team Leader of Customer Service who is able to manage his team and has experience in delivering high standard customer service.

Our Client is global company which specialises in production and sales and of high-quality ceramics, refractory materials and control systems for industries. SSC is located in Cracow.
Description
- Motivate customer service team,
- Supervise and train associates on customer service and policies,
- Provide feedback on performance of tasks to customer service employees,
- Take action to customer queries and complaints,
- Communicate opportunities, solutions and successes to team,
- Ensure compliance with Company policies.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Business discipline is welcomed),
- Min. 5 years experience in a customer services and at least 2 years experience leading a team,
- Good command of English,
- Customer service orientation, analytical-thinking,
- Effective organisational skills to plan work schedules and manage multiple projects,
- Strong communication skills to discuss, develop and implement plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
