For our Client ,a rapidly growing Shared Service Center in Gdańsk we are currently looking for a Team Leaderto lead Global Account Coordinators. It is your opportunity to build an international career and developing a team of to the professionals.
In this role you will managing, leading and developing a team who provides service delivery support and post- sales operational support to clients’ accounts, in the area of contract launch and central coordination in relation to service delivery. You will provide managerial support in escalating customer concerns as needed. You will conduct regular team review sessions, staying up to date with changes in the organisation. You will provide increase efficiency in day to day work.
Due to international scope of activities at this position you have to be fluent in English (C1 level).We are looking for candidates with around 3 years of previous experience in leading a team. Desirable candidate possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and presents passion for customer service.
