The Team Leader willcoordinate work of the team, monitor productivity, make sure that the quality of the allocated tasks meet standards agreed, monitor and updateprocedures, maintain good relationship with customers andprepare reports.
A successful candidate should have proven experience in leading teams, deep knowledge on dunning and collection processes andfluency in Dutch and English. The person should also have excellent communication skills andbe customer oriented.
