Leading end-to-end procurement support for projects, hereunder project mgt., tender mgt. and performance mgt. of local consultant team. Responsible for key supplier and stakeholder relationship management activities related to programs are aligned with category and supplier strategies.

Supply Chain Consultant Team lead
General description
Accountable for establishing, planning and executing supply chain projects, hereunder formulating and implementing program strategies, frameworks and governance. Leading end-to-end procurement support for projects, hereunder project mgt., tender mgt. and performance mgt. of local consultant team. Responsible for key supplier and stakeholder relationship management activities related to programs are aligned with category and supplier strategies.
Responsibility
- Lead and performance manage local consultant team
- Ensure capacity planning and optimization of resources
- Drive engagement with key stakeholders
- Lead and execute Supply Chain technical projects as well as large and complex operational projects
- Lead and execute supply chain improvement projects
- Provide Supply Chain Project Management by coordinating and ensure end-2-end delivery of all Supply Chain activities within larger projects
- Develop and maintain working relationships with relevant stakeholders providing satisfactory support in areas within your responsibility.
- Lead strategic sourcing tenders following the sourcing process and negotiate new agreements and achieve savings from a TCO perspective.
- Conduct all activities in a manner which safeguards own as well as colleagues’ safety and health, ensuring that daily actions do not compromise safeguarding of the environment.
- Deliver procurement benefits, realised savings, service level improvements etc. ensuring that these are perceived through measurement and follow-up
Qualification requirements
- Strong communication skills, networking and interpersonal skills through which you can engage with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Degree in Business Management/ Economics or Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in logistic area
- Have Procurement, Sourcing and Project Management experience within a similar role
- Fluent written / verbal English
