For our Client - global technology company we are currently looking for experienced Team Leader who would like to take the position of Supervisor of Financial Analysis Team.The department is responsible for complex transactions overview, including: US GAAP controlling (corporate activities), Statutory Reporting and tax accounting.
On this position you will be responsible for managing the team of 3 Financial Analysts, supervise and own the financial close process for the appropriate entities and maintain and review US GAAP and local ledgers including the preparation and review of related journal entries and reconciliations. You will prepare and review financial and accounting analysis, report to EMEA Manager, Corporate Finance in Krakow and to Country Controllers. Additionally you will prepare miscellaneous tax filings and maintain record of all Regulatory Filings, produce and review statistical and statutory reports as required and drive and co-ordinate the financial close process for the affiliate or cluster of affiliates and assist in audit preparation. Important part of your work will be concentrated on process improvement activities.
We are looking for Candidates with solid understanding of financial processes/finance analysis and reporting knowledge with previous experience in audit (Big 4), financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, management accounting and with leadership experience. Degree in relevant field, strong communication, problem solving, organizational skills are essential as well as strong oral and written English communication skills.
