HRO Finance is a brand of Verita HR Polska Sp. z o. o. Verita HR is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694.

Our client is a financial customer service and sales business with links to the Polish market. They are looking to grow their operations in the Polish market in the United Kingdom with a view to also service the Polish market in Poland. They need a strong personality to join their team to work in a team leader capacity and familiarize with the products and services of the business. The business is involved with credit cards.

Responsible for day-to-day functional management of the team:

• Deliver on all agreed key business objectives by developing and implementing initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency gains.

• Recognise targets to be achieved and is committed to ensuring the team works towards those targets

• Recruit, develop and support a team delivering front line customer services to ensure resolution of enquiries, complaints and request for services at the earliest possible opportunity.

• Develop a highly motivated team of customer account agents by conducting regular call monitoring sessions through side by side, floor walking and remote listening, to identify and provide relevant training to lever individual agent’s capability and thus improve overall team performance.

• Encourage professionalism, responsibility, ownership and support amongst the agents within the team and where appropriate across other business areas.

• Pro-actively manage all attendance and performance issues in accordance with the agreed performance management policy.

• Ability to define and execute business processes and ensure the operation is equipped with the necessary skills and infra structure to deliver on all key objectives in a multi-skilled environment.

• Create improvements in business processes by contributing ideas and implementing agreed changes into the team's day-to-day operations.

• Acts as a catalyst for change and has the ability to initiate change and work with change in a range of environments producing consistent results.

• Lead and participate in projects work as required.

• Perform all tasks following company policy and procedures, including legal and regulatory requirements.

• Ensuring customer confidentiality of information in line with the Data Protection Act and adherence to all regulatory FSA requirements.

Requirements

What we expect:

• Higher education

Very good knowledge of English and Polish

• At least 2 years experience in a team leader role in a customer services and credit related business

• People management skills

• Experience in implementing complex projects

• Ability to analyze the results of functional and financial reports

• To work with enthusiasm and efficiency

• High level of personal ethics

• Availability to work on weekends
