Team Lead Software Development
Location: KrakówWe are currently looking for experienced Team Lead who will be responsible for the team which is working on applications written in C++ and Java. The project is full back-end, development of existing products and adding new functionalities. Scrum team includes Developers and QAs.
Main responsibilities:
- Develops, codes, tests and debugs new moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity
- Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them
- Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- May assist in development of software technical documentation
- May create optimization programs to resolve problems
- Works in a team focuses on innovative, scalable and highly optimized solutions.
Essentials Skills:
- 5 years of experience in relevant positions
- Fully proficient with Java 8 and Core Java
- Knowledge of Concurrency, GC, Java troubleshooting skills
- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with Spring, Class loaders Tomcat, Apache Camel
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
- Agile experience is a plus
- Willing to provide leadership and motivation to the team
- Open to innovative solutions and unconventional thinking.

Salary:
- Employment agreement: up to 16.000 gross /PLN
- B2B: up to 900 net/day
