As a Team Lead Partner Services Poland you offer Field Restaurant Consultant Team in Poland the ultimate combination of people management, leadership and sales skills. You challenge your team to go one step further each day and you have an eye for individual team members development plan - but also make sure that KPIs and set targets are met. - Management of a Field Team Partner Services Poland (5-7 people);
- Team development. You organize training and team meeting for your employees around Poland;
- Supervision of daily activities and results by ensuring that your team members have all the necessary information to give our Restaurant Partners the best recommendations;
- KPIs and reports management;
- Support the Partner Services Manager in various tactical and operational issues;
- You visit your Field Restaurant Consultants in their region to coach them and improve their advisory skills ( 9-12 days a month)
Your Profile
- You have demonstrated team leader experience (+2 years) - Preferably with account field account managers – B2B would be an additional plus.
- Because of your experience within Sales and advisory areas, you know the tricks of the trade like no other and you know how to transfer this knowledge well;
- You feel at ease in a fast-paced environment;
- As an inspiring sales supervisor, you quickly provide support and you know how to get people "along";
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English (min. B2)
