For our client, who is opening new Global IT Hub in Katowice, we are looking for a Team Leader for Digital Integration team.
The Team Lead “Digital Integration” is managing a team of up to six consultants in the respective area, working at two sites. They will contribute to the organisational development and focus on people management.
Your new role
• Your main responsibility is to manage and lead a team of SAP- and Non-SAP IT consultants as part of the “Digital Integration” process area, the core elements are:
o Global Track & Trace of components, modules and finished goods along the entire Supply Chain
o Serial number handling and Batch management in combination with Handling Units
o Supports the Digital Plant and Digital Twin concepts
o His/her team owns the responsibility of various databases for reporting purposes
o Makes sure that the teams consults & designs the processes according to international track&trace standards like SSCC, GS-1, etc.
• In corporation with the other IT Industrial Teams, you will work closely with the Global Process Owners and the Tactical process Owners
• Operational-related responsibility to manage the Digital Integration related AMS and IT Product support items according to ITIL
• Project- and Portfolio Mmgt
o Manages the IT enhancements (solution approach and budget)
o Resource management of internal and external resources
o Joins the CAB (Change advisory boards)
• Interlinks the business requirements to the respective functional experts in this team, by considering the governance and process guidelines
• Represents the topics of the Digital Integration Team towards the other IT Teams (vertical and horizontal) and the business counterparts
• Shares the values and objectives of the Group inside and outside of the team
• Mid- and long-term team development according to the IT Strategy to support the targets of the IT Organization
• Recruitment of internal and external experts and consultants (full hire2retire lifecycle)
• Run appraisal meetings and Jour Fixes (e.g. annual target agreements, work & development plan reviews, training needs)
• Administrative and legal approval tasks (absence requests, time confirmations)
Supports the next level up managers duties (e.g. develop the org. structure, portfolio mgmt., capability & resource planning)
What you'll need to succeed
• You hold a successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in managing and coaching hybrid teams
• You gathered extensive practical managerial experience in consultancy and especially in SAP-based Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes
• You come along with a solid integration knowledge of non-SAP Manufacturing Execution solutions
• You have a good understanding of business processes
• You are characterised by great analytic skills, and entrepreneur thinking in combination with a driving attitude
• You are an experienced communicator and team player and used to work with executive management levels
• You have very good knowledge of written and spoken English. German language skills are appreciated but not mandatory, other languages are beneficial
