We are looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) for the Sales Fund Initiatorsdepartment within the Sales & Relationship Management division.
Your areas of responsibility include:
• Organising all administrative tasks within the Sales Fund Initiators department;
• Providing support service for Sales Managers located in Frankfurt and Luxembourg remotely;
• Coordinate, arrange and book travel for all business trips including expense management;
• Diary management: planning and organising events, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings including preparing conference documents/briefing; notes; scheduling and confirming client meetings in German and English;
• Preparation of presentation documents;
• Proactive management of any correspondence in both German and English including related follow-up activities and tasks;
What you offer:
• Apprenticeship or studies in business administration or similar field;
• Preferably several years of working experience, ideally in an international environment;
• Fluent business English and German
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, database and folder systems);
• Experience in working with CRM systems;
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with high attention to detail;
• High commitment, flexibility and team-player skills;
• Loyalty, reliability and integrity;
• Open minded and proactive mindset.
