Our client is an international company operating in the medical devices sector, for which we are looking for a person for an independent Tax Specialist position.
Tax SpecialistMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Tasks:
Tax settlements - CIT, VAT local taxes, including:
CIT calculations (current and deferred) with verification of economic transactions
Preparation of VAT declarations
Participation in the preparation of periodic financial month end closing
Tax settlements under WHT with contractors’ verification and preparation of declarations
Support in accounting operations and financial reporting
Providing opinions on tax issues related to ongoing projects and business initiatives
Monitoring changes in tax regulations along with the implementation of required changes in processes and procedures, training
Responsibility for the area of tax schemes (MDR)
Conducting projects to improve tax and accounting processes
Analysis of transactions with related entities and participation in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Cooperation with external tax advisors and tax authorities
Requirements:
Completed university studies in finance
Very good command of the English language
Good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations
Knowledge of accounting
Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in the field of taxes or accounting
Independence and responsibility.
