For our Shared Service Team in the area of Finance & Accounting/Tax, based in Krakow, we are looking for a
Tax Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on Value Added Tax
Your responsibilities:
- Verify VAT issues for Germany and various EU countries, in particular cross-border issues
- Carry out research and analyses of VAT-related issues
- Provide support and advice for our customers in all VAT matters
- Prepare VAT returns, recapitulative statements and Intrastat declarations for various EU countries
- Communicate with the tax authorities
- Verify tax assessment notices
Your profile:
- Completed training as assistant tax consultant (m/f/d)
- Relevant practical experience in the field of finance/tax, ideally in the area of value added tax
- Very good knowledge of English, preferably German as well
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Committed and responsible as well as analytical and detail-oriented working style
