Tax Manager
For our Client, highly recognisable, international manufacturing company we are looking for a Tax Manager position. It will be a new, independent position in local finance team.

Our Client is an international, manufacturing company based near Wrocław.
Description
- Provide a comprehensive, professional tax advisory & tax monitoring service to newly created legal entity in Poland,
- Ensure that the Polish company complies with current tax legislation,
- Liaise with External Tax Advisors and consider, report on, and implement where appropriate, any tax planning initiatives/opportunities designed to mitigate tax payable,
- Advise senior management and central Tax Organization of the tax implications of any business transaction, proposal, or strategy as appropriate,
- Deliver daily support (with close collaboration with Legal Team) for Sales Organization to ensure the business operations comply with tax law,
- Cloose cooperation with competence center,
- Manage internal and external controls & audits related to taxes,
- Interact with the tax advisors and tax authorities,
- Prepare requests for individual tax rulings,
Profile
- Higher education,
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in corporate tax,
- Minimum 5 years tax advisory experience (in preferably big 4 accountancy firm)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external personnel,
- knowledge of SAP will be a strong asset,
- English - advanced,
