Tax Compliance Manager
On behalf of our Client, the world’s leader one of the world’s largest Communication Groups, we are looking for Candidates to hold the position of Tax Compliance Manager to cooperate with a SSC tax team, in charge of setting up, preparing and managing the compliance and tax reporting of the Group’s companies in Central and Eastern Europe.
On this position you will comply with tax compliance for all legal entities of the Group in the area of Central and Eastern Europe, but also compliance in all kinds of taxes due in those countries such as income tax, VAT, WHT on payment overseas. You will run constant control over all changes in tax legislation, identify, analyse and implement the best compliance solutions, but also review contracts form the tax point of view . You will also be responsible for actions within areas of tax reporting, but also involved in coordination and participation in tax audits and tax litigations, and active in tax process optimization.
We are seeking Candidates with a proven experience in handling tax compliance of a few countries with several years as a part of a multinational group. Tax Compliance Manager must be autonomous, self-driven, process oriented and well organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The perfect candidate should have very good accounting and financial background and be fluent in English.
