Job Title
For our client, an international (global) company located in Poznan, We are currently looking for:
Tax Analyst
Your new role
You will conduct research on tax issues, including interpreting relevant transaction tax regulations and assist with tax audits and ad-hoc projects, as a team member as well as advise the business on all aspects of tax and transfer pricing matters. You will also ensure that the global transfer pricing policies are implemented locally and ensure that tax exposures are identified and minimised/managed for both acquisitions and ongoing business activity. You will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in defending tax and transfer pricing policies as well as work with the in-market FDs to manage local tax risk.
What you'll need to succeed
You need a Degree in finance/taxation/business area and preferably finance qualification (i.e. ACCA - big plus) and at least 3 years experience with international tax, or tax transformation, compliance and/or advisory. Experience in multiple tax types and/or across multiple jurisdictions as well as fluent English both written and spoken is required. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and influence customers and key stakeholders remotely.
