Responsibilities:
You will partner with our recruiters and internal clients to problem solve, create ‘go-to-market’ strategies, and define the candidate identification strategy for each role.
In this role you’ll proactively identify and develop a pipeline of candidates aligned to specific business units. You'll be responsible for ongoing day-to-day recruitment marketing activities at the local level and will contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team. This includes creating a sourcing plan, designing and promoting employee referral programs and cold calling into competitive companies.
Additionally, you will perform searches in LinkedIn and other online databases as well as social media sites. You will also do Boolean keyword searching on job portals. Lastly, you will attend job fairs and community outreach events, as well as investigate new sourcing channels..
