For one of our clients, global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for candidates interested in joining newly created Sourcing Team in their office in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities:
In this position, as a part of Sourcing Team, you your duties will include searching for and attracting candidates (via various channels). You will do that in close cooperation with the Lead Talent Sourcer and Researchers in the UK.
A successful candidateneeds to possess at least 1-2 years of experience on similar position and present knowledge of various sourcing techniques and attraction strategies. Since this position will have you working in an international environment you have to be fluent in English (C1 at the least).
