Hays is recruiting for one of world’s leading designer and producer of energy and communications cables today. Every day, the company's engineers make a difference pushing the frontiers of project delivery and innovation.
We are looking for a full time Employee to be integrated in the Talent and People Development Department of the Central Eastern Europe Region. The role will report to the Talent and People Development Manager of the Region, with a specific accountability for Romania, Slatina Production Plants and Bucharest offices.
Your new role
Management of social media that are related to the Romanian perimeter (Facebook RO, LinkedIn RO, BestJobs, EJobs).
Coordination of the relationship with the local PR Agencies that can support the achievement of the Employer Branding goals.
Generating ideas that can reinforce the brand awareness and the reputation of the company on the job market.
Support in the deployment of the Global Strategic Recruiting/Retention Programs in Romania
Caring of talent management and career progression, in accordance with the group
Support in the selection, in accordance with their Managers, of the Employees that can participate in global Academy training.
Organisation and management of local training and in the deployment of regional training initiative in Romanian.
Initiate innovative actions for the improvement of Internal Communication in Romania and between Romania and the rest of the Central Eastern Europe Region.
What you'll need to succeed
Fluency in Romanian and English and preferably Italian;
Desire to work for people, for the improvement of their professional life and the promotion of their personal and professional growth;
Motivation to learn and continuously improve competencies;
Plus will be a study background in Human Resources and/or Communication, a previous experience in the same role (minimum 1 year)
