Description
- Maintaining constant contact with hiring managers to establish their expectations and needs towards the candidate
- Accompanying candidates during their recruitment journey and creating an excellent candidate experience
- Actively search, identify and approach the best candidates on the market using different sourcing tools
- Observing trends and developments relevant to the target market
- Planning and facilitating target group-specific recruiting and sourcing events
- Setting up candidate pipelines and actively managing candidate relations
- Organizing the onboarding training to provide excellent knowledge about used tools, software, rules, and organizational structure
- Developing employer branding strategy through collaboration with local universities and promoting new shared services on social media such as LinkedIn
Profile
- Very good English (at least B2 level); any additional European language shall be an asset
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Minimum 1-2 years
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between multiple roles within an organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office
