Our client is an international well-recognized company. They are the leader of their manufacturing market. For their developing entity located in Wroclaw we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Talent Acquisition Partner
Description
- Conduct extensive searches to generate candidates for open vacancies and other projects for entity
- Conduct proactive recruiting methods to generate passive candidates
- Contact with vendors and hiring managers to meet their needs and analyze market possibilities - advise about quality, talent availability, market conditions and expectations
- Participating in on-boarding process
- Creating internal communication standards
- Screen and select candidates based on requirements that will meet the hiring team's expectations
- Conduct briefing discussion about roles for a good understanding of the role and its requirements
- Address, react and/or solve unusual or sensitive issues with knowledge of the field and the company
- Maintain the accuracy of the complete hiring process
- Develop and maintain a database of candidates
Profile
- Bachelor's degree,
- Fluency in English must have
- Previous experience in recruiting/on-boarding/HR activities
- Strong customer service skills are required
- Strong teamwork in the multinational environment
