Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategy, oversee recruitment policies and process.
Preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to recruitment area.
Oversee recruitment budget and optimize costs.
Coordinate with Business Manager to forecast future hiring needs.
Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage, develop and motivate Recruitment Team members.
Plan and coordinatinate recruitment activities.
Support and guide recruitment team through the recruiting process, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, giving timely feedback.
Conduct the recruitment processes for higher level positions.
Cooperate with external recruitment agencies.
Mangage internal project related to recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
Have proven and successful experience in recruiting qualified candidates in SSC/BPO.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
Experience in working in a partnership model with vendors and headhunters.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
Very good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken).
