Talent Acquisition Leader
For our Client- global manufacturing company based in Wrocław we are looking for an experienced recruiter and natural leader for a Talent Acquisition Leader position. This person will take the ownership for the recruitment processes and EB strategy in the factory.

Our Client is large, international, manufacturing company based in Wrocław.
Description
- Development and implementation of recruitment strategy for Wrocław Site
- Provide subject matter expertise as a Talent Acquisition Consultant to stakeholders.
- Overseeing recruitment policies and process, development of talent acquisition plans
- Preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to recruitment area
- Manage, develop and motivate Recruitment Team members
- Oversee recruitment budget and optimize costs
- Be a constant contributor for areas of improvement in the recruiting process.
- Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- University degree,
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar role(Leader or Coordinator) gained in international company
- Strong practical knowledge related to processes and challenges related to recruitment area
- Previous experience in people management
- communicative English,
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
