HL Tech is a new Hargreaves Lansdown’s technology center that will allow us to bring innovative new products to the market, and to support its rapid growth we are looking to expand its technology capabilities. The entire HL Tech team will be based in prime real estate in central Warsaw.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding Process
  • Participate together with the Head of HR in identifying recruitment needs based on staffing plan aligned with the business needs for HL Tech Warsaw Office
  • Implement the recruitment plan for HL Tech Office in Warsaw either through external or internal recruitment; collaborate with recruitment agencies if case in closing open positions;
  • Job Profiling- Identifying the profile needed by the team;
  • Discussions with managers on expectations
  • Building end-to-end candidate experience
  • Plan and conduct on-boarding process
  • Prepare regular analytical reports on recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Sourcing using appropriate channels
  • Research the talent market to find relevant audiences and building candidate pipeline
  • Screening & Selection

Employer branding:
  • Running employer branding projects and campaigns according to Employer Branding strategy
  • Manage social media to support employer branding strategy execution
  • Planning and executing recruitment events plan
  • Analyzing of the competitor’s market and brand perception
  • Creating/ ordering local content, including visuals and copy text
  • Acting as an HL Tech Ambassador; build and maintain strong relationship with potential candidates, represent HL Tech in external events.

Essential Skills

  • University Degree in HR, Marketing, Sociology, Communication or related field
  • Knowledge and experience of the full recruitment life cycle
  • Relevant expertise in developing a talent pipeline including knowledge of diagnostic tools (e.g. assessment center, audits etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience with management of recruiting fairs and employer branding activities

Desirable Skills

  • Understanding the importance of confidentiality
  • Understanding and awareness of the HR function
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition area including employer branding activity planning
  • Business fluency in English and Polish
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working within and meeting deadlines
  • Managing and prioritising workload
  • Problem solving
  • The ability to build relationships with both candidates and senior level hiring managers
  • Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
