To achieve our ambitious goals we are currently looking for a Systems Administrator: Workday and HR IT-Tools (m/f/d).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- As System Administrator for Workday you are responsible for the technical configuration, maintenance, further development as well as the smooth operation of our HR IT system Workday;
- You will administer defined functionalities within our application and be responsible for setting up and maintaining our roles and permissions concept;
- You support our internal stakeholders, such as local HR department, with technical support, rapid error analysis and user documentation;
- You accompany the technical implementation of regular system updates, from testing to implementation and training;
- You are responsible for the collection and prioritization of change requests and their implementation;
- You will develop into a technical expert and central point of contact for defined Workday functionalities.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration, HR and or in another relevant field;
- Strong interest in HR IT solutions:
- You enjoy working on HR related topics and would like to contribute to the further development of the HR department with your know-how;
- Ideally you have already gained some work experience in a similar role, for example in the administration of HR IT systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle or PeopleSoft;
- You communicate confidently in English at all hierarchical level both in writing an speaking; German knowledge would be seen as an asset;
- Your way of working is independent, conscientious and solution-oriented.
