Your new company
The company is a research and development team consisting of more than thirty experts, including experts in deep learning data scientists. They specialize in research and software development for artificial intelligence. In Warsaw about half of the team are scientists and PhD students. They cooperate with universities from the USA (New York University), Scotland (The University of Edinburgh) and Poland (UW, UJ and University of Poznań). Their clients are mainly global banks and law firms, and in Poland they include WP, Interia, Onet, Adform and Ultimo. The company has 3 scientific grants and is co-financed by the American Bank of Barclays.
Your new role
- Work on the effective use of technology to solve business problems
- Create a highly scalable microservice product that processes large amounts of data
- Analyse business requirements in order to agree on their feasibility from a technology perspective
- Define the scope of PoC and participate in it's implementation
- Support the team in the specification of technical requirements
- Continuously identify the elements requiring improvement in the process and product
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of experience as an application architect
- You have experience in creating high quality B2B products
- you understand micro service architecture, rules and patterns
- you have experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
- You feel comfortable in the rapidly changing environment of early product development
- You have experience with good software development practices such as design driven development, CI/CD,
- you understand the SDLC process
- you have experience of working in the Scrum and/or SAFe methodology
- Having knowledge of AI/ML will be a big advantage
- openness to change and continuous development
- good command of English.
