We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
System Analyst
Location: Kraków
You will join local team of eleven – Finance IT Team supporting several desktop applications used by local and global Finance & Accounting departments.
We cover the process from requirements definition, trough development, changes implementation and daily support. Besides we analyse the impact of front-office and back-office driven programmes on Finance systems.
Products we support: Product Control’s strategic P&L analysis and reporting system, off-market rate checking system and Finance’s reconciliation systems, general ledger posting engine and regulatory reporting systems.
Key Accountabilities:
Designing and integration of PCIT systems / applications.
Ensuring product and solution architecture reflects the needs of their products and associated enterprise wide requirements, and working closely with the architecture function (platform, enterprise and domain) to ensure alignment
Creating roadmaps and ensuring cost effective, compliant and appropriate architectures are developed
Ensuring the solution designs created are compliant with the platform architecture and roadmap
Ensuring design of products and services meet mandatory and regulatory compliance requirements
Ensuring that operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc) are addressed in the product architecture and fed into the Backlog of change on an ongoing and regular basis
Collaboration with Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Change Management, and Technical Leads to turn overall business requirements into more detailed stories which are progressed by the Teams/Pods

Requirements:
Experience in translating business requirements; capturing, analysing and documenting functional & non-functional specifications / requirements
Practitioner of agile working practices and ability to apply agile methodology and principles
Experience in MS Access, Excel & Oracle or Sybase or SQL Server SQL
Understanding of Product Control, Financial Control and/or Regulatory processes and workflow
Understanding of the Change Management process, Project Lifecycle, analysis techniques / methodology
Good understanding of the Project Lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
Highly developed reasoning and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
