Best Shore Application Services Poland is a large, quickly developing organization located in Warsaw, dealing with application development and management for key Polish and international companies. Its main focus is on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, Web solutions and SAP implementation.

We are looking for:

Support Engineer


Successful candidate will work in a team providing maintenance services for an international customer in banking sector. Job responsibilities will cover support of web and application engines, incident and problem resolution as well as implementation and development of required application changes and improvements.
Job will require frequent interactions with external customer located in Scandinavia as well as with other HP groups around the Europe.

• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• Practical experience in IT - 2-3 years
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
• Good knowledge of Web Servers, including specifically:

1. IIS 6

2. Apache

• General knowledge of web applications technologies
• Enterprise wide data exchange knowledge
• System engineering abilities
• Basic applications management knowledge
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Fast learning & analytical thinking
• Good communication skills and openness in contacts with others
• Ability to work in multicultural environment
• Teamwork

Mile widziane

• Working experience in Application Management
• Knowledge of ITIL
