ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you act as Business Subject-Matter-Expert SAP Order-to-Cash system for the Regional Supply Chain, you will do this for the operations - and supply chain department. You will also provide them with accurate information and analysis for effective and efficient decision making. The ERP analyses are very important to come to a precise and accurate report of the data and performance.
Next to this you need to manage and oversee the compliance in all activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Escalate to Management when issues cannot be solved by team
- ERP system support
- Initiate and manage SAP change requests User training
- Create reporting to support Customer Service & Distribution department
- Advice on Customer Service processes by gathering information, research and analysis of data
- Oversee and manage Compliance related activities
- Take care of month end closing and SOX activities
- Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of supply performance
- Attends and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- 1 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with SAP is a must
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a pré
