THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

Large distribution facility specialized in the pharmaceutical industry with a very complex logistic spider web. The challenges in the distribution are associated to the type of products, the worldwide delivery and the compliance of GDP and Serialization norms.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Support Operations professional will manage and oversee the compliance related activities.

Assist providing the right information and data is crucial for a effective decision making. The Supply Chain Support Officer will work closely with the Customer Service department to facilitate the management of customer complaints and requests.

The Supply Chain Support Operations will take ownership of the business Order to Cash processes. Another goal associated to this position is the introduction and implementation of system improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receiving and processing customer orders (Order to cash operations)
- Create accurate reports for the Customer Service Department
- Monthly closing of SOX activities (evaluation, risk assessment, auditing, implementation of control processes)
- Manage compliance activities (Non-conformities, change control)
- Close interaction with other departments to optimize processes and find solutions to problems that might appear
- ERP system support
- Initiate and manage SAP change requests

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree (preferably in logistics and/or business)
- 2-5 years of working experience in logistics
- Proficient user in SAP Order-to-Cash
- Strong working experience with MS Office and ERP system
- Proficient English language skills
