Supply Chain Specialist - New SSC
The person on this position will be responsible for multiple intercompany logistic activities including arrangement of domestic and international shipments, internal customer service for product shipments and performing specific replenishment transactions.

Description
- Responsible for exceptional customer service and trade compliance accuracy to internal and external partners for all shipments from manufacturing sites to affiliate warehouses
- Transport planning, transport ordering, shipping documentation, monitoring of operational progress and associated exception handling
- Monitoring freight payment and associated extra cost management (control of invoices which do not match system based freight and extra costs invoice accruals)
- Responsible for day-to-day communication with transport and logistics service providers, in particular when making provisions for peaks in transport demand and managing through capacity bottlenecks
- Resolution of customer service issues (product damage in transit, temperature variances, reports of missing product or documentation, delayed shipments, etc.)
- Handle export orders with additional attention because of the inherent complexity of these orders and different requirements by country
- Returns orders processing in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Perform purchase order creation and changes in SAP as needed, communicating all changes to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with Commercial Supply Chain and other business leaders (Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, etc.)
Profile
- Experience on similar position in SSC/BPO company is preferred
- Good understanding of Supply Chain concepts, tools and business processes including knowledge Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Logistics, EX/IM, SAP, Warehousing, understanding of Quality and Regulatory
- Customer service focus, proven record of success in resolving conflicts and problem solving
- Effectively collaborates cross-functionally (Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Marketing, Sales), at the leadership and broader team level
- Experience in Export and International Trade
- Project Management experience
- APICS certification will be a strong asset
- Very good English (C1)
- Travel required (% of time) - up to 20%
