THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
You will work within an international change program.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Within a Lean improvement project we are currently looking for an ambitious Project Manager. You will work on the transformation into a fully Demand Driven organisation.
You will focus on the improvement of planning processes and the opportunities for Lean implementations within an international change program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upgrading the current S&OP processes on international level
- Integration of Business Planning
- Implementation of 24 months forecasting
- Implementation of Portfolio Management
- Implementation of an Event Management Process
- Creation of Value Stream Map within the supply chain
- Identification of Lean improvement possibilities
- Process Mapping
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain environments
- Previous experience with Demand Planning
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence is a strong plus
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong plus
- Fluency in English
