- Demand management (including demand analysis) based on forecasting reports
- Management of new product introductions
- Collaboration with global product managers to review and define strategies
- Management of forecasting and communication with suppliers
- Supplier performance and management of supplier agreements
- Establishing global inventory strategies and maintaining inventory levels
- Leading continuous improvement projects within global planning
- Create/maintain planning parameters in SAP and provide new input (master data)
- Representation of Supply Chain in cross-functional meetings in the organisation
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of similar experience in a complex and international organization
- Experience with demand planning, production scheduling and/or inventory planning
- Experience with SAP and preferably knowledge of LEAN methodologies
- Project management experience (preferably with cross-functional projects)
- Fluency in Dutch and English

In this role as Supply Chain Planning Manager you will be responsible for the management of end-to-end demand, supply and inventory for specific products. In addition, you will manage various operational processes within global planning and collaborate with different departments (such as Regulatory, Marketing, Finance etc.) to translate customer demand into production demand and strategic inventory plans.Responsibilities

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of similar experience in a complex and international organization
- Experience with demand planning, production scheduling and/or inventory planning
- Experience with SAP and preferably knowledge of LEAN methodologies
- Project management experience (preferably with cross-functional projects)
- Fluency in Dutch and English
