Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Planner you are responsible for planning all processes within the supply chain. You will be responsible for meeting customer satisfaction standards by constantly planning, adjusting and re-planning customer orders while cooperating with other departments such as Purchase, Sales and the Supply Chain department itself.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for optimizing cost elements such as transport, warehouse inventory and operational costs and will proactively inform and serve the customers. Next to that you will also be responsible for the following things:
· Management of sales orders and that the quality standards of the services are met.
· Planning of order delivery from the supplier up until the customer, goods inspection, transport, packing and picking and the outbound transport
· Dealing with a complex supply chain; short deliver times, short life cycles, demand driven and high promotion pressure
· Documentation and the planning of it, supplier orders and the communication management within the system
· Collaborating with the purchase department to ensure optimal transferring of goods from the suppliers to the client
REQUIREMENTS
· BSc in Logistics and Supply Chain management.
· Minimal 3 year of work experience in an international environment and broad knowledge of various supply chain aspects and experienced in a biopharma environment and product launch.
· Experience in leading a customer service or intercompany team
· Strong in collaborating with cross-functional teams, analytically strong in dealing with problems and complex supply chain processes
· Fluent in English and Dutch, French will be a plus
