Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are an international company with a broad focus between health, food and food technologies and are determined to produce healthy and high quality nutrition to infants.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Planner you will be responsible for initiating and creating the most efficient and effective planning based on forecasts received, client orders and stocks. On operational level you will be responsible for the planning on middle to long-term for our client’s factory. With your analytical and communication skills you will make sure that the plant’s requirements and objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Supply Chain Planner your main responsibility is the weekly planning Masterplan of one or more production lines at the client’s factory. Next to that you will also be responsible for:
-Cooperation with the central team and the clients all over the globe in order to determine the Masterplan
-Cooperation with internal departments and sections to initiate and adjust Masterplan
-Manage the connection between several of the client’s factories in terms of supply and demand
-Management of materials and stocks and the on-time ordering of it.
-Initiating phasing-in and out-phasing of products
-Data management for all related master data
REQUIREMENTS
-BSc in Logistics, Business or any other related field required.
-2-3 years ‘experience in a similar role within the food industry.
-Experience in the management of supply chain processes
-Strong analytical skills and structured way of working.
-Understands the operational side of the processes, such as days of supply, delivery performance and so on.
-Experience with supply chain planning systems such as SAP and APO/ECC.
-Effective communication skills in Dutch and English
