THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are an international company with products in over 150 countries and with an annual revenue surpassing 25 billion USD. The products they produce in this plant are well known for their iconic brands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will have a key function from a customer point of view. By optimizing and continuously improving your planning, products never go out of stock in stores or become obsolete. This requires you to communicate with all the various divisions from external production sites to customer service and the sales department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for maintaining inventory/stock levels for the various stores this company sells to. For this you will need to check these levels and link them to new orders. Also you will be responsible for:
- Managing the flow of goods to various BU’s by coordinating its planning process
- In case of a disruption, being in charge of the negotiation with the production unit
- Continuously improving the planning process and introducing relevant innovations with your workgroup
- Organizing transport related to stock requirements
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc or BSc degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar
-0-2 Years’ experience in a logistical or planning function
-Great analytical skills and the ability to communicate with various layers within a company
-Highly skilled in Excel
-Knowledge of SAP, APO/SNP, BI are a big plus
