THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
This is one of the worlds leading company's in bio-pharmaceuticals. They are working in immunology, oncology, neuroscience (among other things).
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be an important part of the supply chain department. In this role you will be busy with; shipments, stock, coordinating and many more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring inventory on hand at affiliates an take action if and where appropriate based on available inventory, lead times and size of orders.
- Ensure that production and shipping schedules are aligned and coordinate and process outbound shipments
- Coordinate supply of the pharmaceutical finished products, bulk, active ingredients or supporting materials between the supplying plants and other departments.
- Ensure timely and effective solutions to distribution, documentation and transportation issues with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Maintain data in SAP and JDA accurate and ensure alignment between the both systems with the latest info
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-5 years of relevant working experience (supply chain, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or JDE
- Analytical skills
- Willing to work within a international environment (excellent communication skills in English required)
- Willing to start as soon as possible!
