ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this challenging position you:
* Act as Business SME (Subject-Matter-Expert) SAP Order-to-Cash system for the Regional Supply Chain
* Provide accurate information and analysis for effective decision making in Customer Service & Distribution Department
* Manage and oversee Compliance related activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Specific Tasks: SME SAP Order-to-Cash
* Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions. Escalate to Management when (potential) issue cannot be solved by team
* ERP system support (Operational support, incident management, training)
* Initiate and manage SAP change requests
* User training

Reporting and analysis
* Create reporting to support Customer Service & Distribution department
* Advice on Customer Service processes by gathering information, research and analysis of data

General
* Initiate and execute improvements in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of supply performance
* Attends and/or facilitates cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position you must have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, or logistics and economics
* Strong user experience and interest in SAP Order-to-Cash module, preferably in the role of Key User
* Strong data analytics skills
* Excellence in working with MS Office
* Typically 2 - 5 years of related professional experience
* Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
* Experience in working across various cultures
* Customer focus
* Problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to deal with conflicting interest
* Pro-active behavior
