THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are a pharmaceutical player on global level who is constantly improving their drugs to serve their patients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Manager you will play a key role for the planning of efficient stream of goods, part of this planning is initiating a demand plan, master production schedule and Sales & Operations Plan
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the logistical processes within the supply chain. It will be your job to make the client’s supply chain as efficient as possible. Next to that you will also be responsible for:
· Analyzing and optimizing the purchasing, sales, production and planning processes
· Planning on operational level on short and medium term horizons
· Dealing with a complex supply chain; short deliver times, short life cycles, demand driven and high promotion pressure
· Making and initiating performance reports
REQUIREMENTS
· BSc or MSc in Logistics, Business or any other related field required
· working experience within the Supply Chain and extensive knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
· Experience in leading a team in a professional setting within the Food industry
· Effective communication skills in Dutch and English, can work with people in different teams,levels and functions. Ability to influence results through others and external organizations.
