The company is located in the southern part of łódzkie voivodeship, very close to Bełchatów. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Manager to take responsibility for supply chain department.

Description
- Develop conceptual end-to-end solutions for Supply Chain Department related processes and support the implementation of said solutions to improve company standards and promote company growth
- Coordinate and monitor all planning activities, by running MRP capacity analysis, balancing capacities in lines and managing inventories level in order to ensure the required resources, the security of supply and minimize operational costs with high service level
- Monitor the purchasing of materials according the requirements, ensuring a proactive follow-up of the purchase orders and service level of suppliers in order to ensure materials availability in time and in full at best relationship price/ quantity
- Assure by systematic control of Receivables and Inventories and taking action whenever necessary the Working Capital and warehouse space of the plant in order to minimize the required capital in operations
- Coordinate and follow-up the customer service activities, namely by developing initiatives of improvement by customer's request, ensuring that customer's demands are fulfilled and that all procedures are available and followed by customer service team to ensure satisfied customers
- Coordinate the direct reports team, by selecting, appraising, training and developing and by defining their objectives in accordance with the HR processes and guidelines, to ensure performance and motivation according to the strategy and business needs
Profile
- Higher education, preferably Logistics, Economics, or other relevant
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience at a parallel role within dynamic production environment
- Excellent understanding of warehousing, purchasing, production planning
- Knowledge of legal requirements for chemical raw materials storage would be an advantage
- People oriented with proven track of record in team management and development
- Optimization and continuous improvement approach, innovative and pro-active
- Networking, able to make impact outside of the reporting lines
- Fluent English - both spoken and written
