Supply Chain Manager - FMCGMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Primary Scope
- Co-ordination and optimization of supply chain processes related to material planning, production planning and warehouse operations.
Areas of responsibilities
- Leading production planning, purchasing- cooperation with Global Procurement, warehousing, distribution and transportation processes.
- Leading and driving Sales & Operational Planning process (medium-term planning)
- Managing inventory levels, deciding on obsolete and excess inventory
- Organizing efficient turnover of raw materials and finished goods (suppliers - warehouse – recipients)
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws
- Coordinating supply chain operations with finance functions to optimize cash flows and minimize working capital requirements
- Managing & developing the team of about 70 employees (office and warehouse)
- Co-operation with global structures (Procurement, Planning) and representing the factory on the Group level
- Planning & implementing strategies for assigned area development in accordance with the factory & Group strategies
Candidate profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of working in a similar position documented with successes
- Experience in an international, manufacturing company
- 10 years of experience in supply chain structures
- Career developed from the level of a specialist to a managerial position
- Practical knowledge of logistics processes and the ability to model and optimize them (APICS, LEAN)
- Knowledge of legal requirements for chemical raw materials storage
- Strong analytical profile, focus on KPIs realization
- English fluency – C1
- Project management skills
