Our client is a professional Biotechnology, Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is an international pharmaceutical company with the European distribution Headquarters located in Breda.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this role is to support the Logistic Service Provider and the Planning teams.
The Supply Chain Coordinator is the first point of contact for site issue resolution and will independently solve (tier 1st) distribution issue.
He/ she will manage assigned controlled documents and quality records. As a subject matter expert (SME) in one or two areas, you will support with the issues that the (distribution) Customer Service departments escalates to Supply Chain.
Additionally, the role requires reporting of assigned set of issue metrics resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and Process Clinical Drug Shipments
- Schedule and process Stock Transfer Orders
- Obtain documentation
- Solve shipment issues
- Track and trace shipments
- Handle manual and electronic Proof of Receipt
- Perform review of temperature data for special shipments
- Coordinate product release with the QA department
- Support performance of data analysis, trending and corrective
- Close out returns in SAP and support reconciliation campaigns
- Manage import licenses and import/ export requirements per country
- Manage destruction of returned/ cancelled orders
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO +5 years of working experience/ Bachelor +2/ Master (Supply Chain or related field) +0 years of experience
- Advanced English level (both oral and written)
- Diplomacy, experience in customer service/ sales is appreciated
- Strong computer skills in Excel and/or SAP
OTHER
The role starts with a project until the end of the year with the intention (based on performance) to become a permanent contract.
