Role Description

The Supply Chain Coordination Analyst is primarily responsible for executing the intercompany buying process and communicating GSCC requirements and priorities to the EU plants and Intercompany Suppliers. you will also be responsible for coordination of demand and supply information upstream and downstream between the EU plants, intercompany suppliers, and the GSCC Customer Service Team. You will also monitor performance metrics and overall supply status of the EU plants,and intercompany suppliers, with a focus on delivery performance. A key objective is to integrate Supply Chain requirements into the plants and provide additional value add to the DC in ensuring timely deliveries of products. Another important objective is to drive Operational / Supply Chain improvements across the supply and operations organization.

Responsibilities

Responsible for FG Intercompany Purchasing (Placing Purchase Orders, purchase order book management)
Responsible for the coordination of demand and supply information, both up as downstream and maintain a (back)order priority platform for each EU plant (3rd party suppliers) to ensure supply information and demand visibility is flowing through the organization;
Responsible for weekly supply analysis platform, you wil perform a weekly scope Supply Analysis and gaining qualitative input from all the EU plants on the planning organization, productions delays and purchasing on supplier issues
You will have weekly MPS update calls/meetings with the EU plants, then monitor and report a weekly/monthly suppliers performance deck including metrics on key performance indicators such as time delivery.
You will have an active role within cross departmental activities / events / projects as well as coordinating activities to support high impact events
Responsible to lead, support and facilitate Supply Chain and Purchasing process analysis and improvement projects;
Ownership and maintenance of MRP Setups, MRP and sourcing related master data. Close partnership with IT on demand and supply interfaces.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Management;
APICS CPIM, CSCP AND/OR Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 year relevant working experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management;
Proven planning and analytical skills (relevant to Supply Chain Planning/Mgt, Demand Planning & Forecasting and Capacity/MPS/Production Planning);
Experience in working for multinational in Medical Device Industry, Biotech and/or Automotive in regards to culture, multi-layer matrix organizations and workings of a global supply chain;
Project Management experience
Understanding of MDD/ISO/FDA Regulations
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM & PP), support tools (Every Angle, SAP BW) as well as MS applications;
Capacity/MPS/Production Planning experience is a plus
Experience in medical device industry is a plus;
English - fluent (written and verbal skills)
Dutch - fluent (written and verbal skills) is a plus
