Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
They are an international company with a broad focus between health, food and food technologies and are determined to produce healthy and high quality nutrition to infants.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Business Manager you play a key role in the planning and coordination on operational level all materials related activities. You are responsible in ensuring that the material availability and inventory targets are being met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Supply Chain Business Manager you will play a key role within the organization for optimal and qualitative deployment of information provisions. You will translate the global IT Supply Chain strategies into local processes. Next to that you will also be responsible for:
-Cooperation with the European Supply Chain organisation and with the global IT Supply Chain organisation
-Increasing the knowledge of systems like SAP within the team
-Making sure that besides SAP other office systems run optimally and collaboration with external suppliers in order to achieve this objective
-Continuous improvement of the related processes
REQUIREMENTS
-BSc in Logistics, Business or any other related field required
-Experience in a similar role
-Proven leadership skills
-Experience with supply chain planning systems such as SAP and APO/ECC is a must
-Effective communication skills in Dutch and English
