Supply Chain Assistant (m/f)
We are looking for a person who will support Customer Service Centre Office, based in Warsaw, in all administrative tasks related to daily work of the team.

Description
- Provides administrative support for Customer Service Center (CSC) in Warsaw
- Deals with travel booking and all travel related aspects, claim handling included
- Schedules meetings, support teams activities
- Handles invoices in conjunction with internal policy
- Supports internal and external communication
- Manages smooth running of the Warsaw office: resolves office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in CSC Warsaw, keeps stock of office supplies for CSC Warsaw and places purchase orders when necessary
- Provides administrative support for Customer Service Center in Warsaw and Supply Chain & IT leadership team
- Prepares reports and analysis when needed (PowerPoint, Excel)
Profile
- General Office experience, scheduling, meetings planning
- Travel booking experience
- Advanced level of English
- Practical knowledge of MS Office package
- Team player with very good communication skills
