THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
You will focus on supply chain improvement projects for several sites.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Analyst you will be the subject matter expert in the field of supply chain and logistics within a change programme. You will perform gap analyses within an ERP programme, focused on Logistics and Supply Chain processes. You will ensure the implementation of standardized processes on an international scale, focusing on the local needs.
We are looking for a Supply Chain specialist with previous experience with ERP implementations, as well as strong Change Management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire business requirements within the supply chain environment
- Become the Subject Matter Expert within the transition team
- Perform gap analyses on an international level
- Implement new business processes
- Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure the implementation of standardized procedures
- Participate in global Change Programme
- Implement and test new technologies and ERP modules
- Change Management for several business units and end-users
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ experience as Business Consultant within Supply Chain / Logistics environment
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics processes
- PRINCE2 certification or Project Management experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work at high strategic level until operational level
- Previous experience within multidisciplinary environments is a must
- Flexible personality and willingness to travel
- Thorough knowledge of ERP is a strong plus
- Previous experience in full life cycle ERP implementations is a strong plus
- Fluency in English
